If using safety eyes, put in place before stuffing the head and body. Place safety eyes or embroider eyes just above the white line on the head, and about 4 sc apart. Stuff the body of the fox, and use the long tail to pull the bottom closed. Stuff the nose and sew in place. Weave in ends securely. Whip st both arms in place about 2-3 rows below the white line on the neck. Stuff both legs, and whip st legs on 2 rows above the bottom, about 6-7 sc apart. Stuff the tail, and whip st in place in the center of the back, about 2 rows up from the bottom. Weave in all ends, and assemble jacket. Place the front and back pieces together with right sides facing each other, and whip st across the top, and up the sides leaving 4 rows down from the shoulder open for the arm. Turn right side out, and whip st sleeve in place. Sew bow on just off center between ears. Sew cheek pieces on on either side of the nose.
